The fireplace and hearth are decorative and non-functioning. Large windows face the lake. The lot is mainly grass and flower beds with plenty of room for outside. The central heat and air work well for your comfort. The main attraction is beautiful Lake Guntersville with 900+/- miles of shoreline. Wildlife is abundant, especially at Lake Guntersville State Park across the lake. There are two steps down from the driveway sidewalk to roadside door. The two bedrooms each may be used to enter the single full bathroom and laundry room. You must go through one of the two bedrooms to enter the bathroom. The gravel circular driveway is the only one on the street, making the property easy to find. Power is available adjacent to the driveway for charging batteries on boats. At least two trucks and boats can be parked abreast of each other, with hundreds of feet of driveway available for more parking. There are numerous public boat ramps nearby with the closest being 1.5 miles away located at GPS coordinates 34°22'49.7"N 86°17'19.1"W. The lot is shaded. The walk from the house to the lake is about 130 feet. Swimming at the dock is not recommended, but the water is warm out on the lake in the summertime and a large public pool is available at the Guntersville Parks and Recreation Center.
