In order to enter this apartment you will come into the property through the main security gate, and then walk down a staircase to the garden level of the property. It is located next to the gym, about 20 meters from the garden. The living/dining/kitchen area is one airy, high ceiling room. The large window faces towards another bungalow across from the entrance. The bedroom and bathroom windows fact towards the main entrance security gate. We have tried to provide need for a comfortable stay in Kumasi, Ghana. The unit includes one bedroom with an ensuite bathroom at the back with a living room / dining room / kitchen combination in the front room. There is a refrigerator, electric cooktop, microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, coffee maker and electric kettle for guests use. We also provide a hot/cold water dispenser with large bottles of Voltic mineral water for guests’ consumption. In addition we have a flat screen tv and Bluetooth audio system for your listening and viewing pleasure. For laundry we provide a washing machine, iron and ironing board. And finally there is a hair dryer. Guests have access to the one bedroom, the garden, the gym and the pool.
