A Cotswold Jewel

My home is in an old Military building on a former RAF base it has high ceilings and large windows, very spacious and light, although in residential area so neighbours have dogs and you may hear residents going to work. We are 3 miles from Bourton on the water and many other Cotswolds villages. Hawkestone brewery and Diddly Squat Farm shop and The Farmers Dog pub are within easy reach. We have one non shedding dog who lives with us when we are home please contact if you have allergies. The space My home is a one double bedroomed apartment with full bathroom and a large kitchen/diner living space. There is a sofa bed for an additional guest if needed. Very high ceilings with lots of natural light, it has just been completely redecorated. Please note there is no smoking allowed in the property or communal lobby. Early check in may be available please ask. *We have a non shedding dog who lives with us when we stay at the apartment. Please discuss with us if you have any allergies. Guest access There is an allocated parking space in the car park and plenty of visitor spaces. Although there is no facility for electric charging the closest public charging point is in Bourton on the water. Being on the ground floor there are no steps into the apartment. Other things to note Noise - PLEASE BE AWARE this apartment is in a residential area therefore neighbours have dogs who may bark at times, and people leave for work. There is a communal lobby shared with one other flat leading to your personal front door.
