The space The apartment with separate entrance is located on the 1st floor of our house and consists of 3 rooms with a large balcony. The living room with integrated kitchen has a large sofa corner for pulling out, satellite TV and radio. The built-in kitchen is equipped with an electric stove and oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A pine wood seating area (four chairs with a cozy bench) completes the dining area. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. Each of the two bedrooms is equipped with 2 twin beds (90 x 200), spacious two-door wardrobes, and bedside tables. The entire living area is carpeted; the bathroom is tiled. The balcony, furnished with garden furniture, a barbecue grill, a parasol, and 2 lounge chairs, invites you to relax in fine weather. There is a parking space in front of the house.
