Large double room near to Rugby Town Centre

A large, bright double room, neutral decor, at the back of my three-bedroom house. Guests are welcome to relax around the house if they want to although there’s a large screen smart HD TV in the bedroom with a variety of Apps, as well as a desk and Dell screen. I'm out during the day, but home in the evenings/weekends. I'm a relaxed soul, happy to chill with guests or leave you to you own devices. Shared bathroom, off-road parking, easy walk in to town and Rugby's great pubs. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the kitchen facilities, specifically the fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave.
