Very functional 28m2 studio, there is only one main room. A true haven of peace upon entering the premises of this cozy little Cocon. The kitchen and bedroom are in the same room equipped with a BZ , a folding bed and a mezzanine bed. I made sure the bedding was very comfortable . The terraces are very pleasant the one in the south completely obscured,deckchairs, garden furniture, small plant massif. The other terrace overlooks a small garden and a large pasture. Availability of books and board games. OPTION: 0ption for sheets ,towels and linen only on request at a rate of €30/bedding. During the winter period during the fall and spring the meter is read for invoicing at 0.20 / kwh. HEATING MUST BE TURNED OFF AT THE METER AFTER YOU LEAVE. THANK YOU.
