Contact us for details and best availability The space We've had a lot of long term direct bookings for this great large house so don't have many reviews for it but it's a lovely large property. With amazingly spacious rooms, smart TV and super fast 100Mb/s fibre broadband throughout, this property offers ample spacious living space for larger groups to enjoy. NOTE: Unlike many serviced accommodation we have central heating controlled by room thermostat to maintain a cosy temperature, NOT ones which switch off after 2 hours so places can get very cold when going out of the place for a few hours or every night. To help guests appreciate the spacious living space afforded by this home dimensions are provided in the description below. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Ground Floor Bedroom 1 - King 1st Floor Bedroom 2 - King & single 2nd Floor Bedroom 3 - King 2nd Floor Bedroom 4 - King & single Ground floor: Bedroom 1 (5.9X4.4m) – Comfortable and spacious king bedroom with stunning decorative ceiling rose/coving, large original box bay window and beautiful wood flooring. Bedside cabinet & lights, tall drawer unit, chair. And in the beautiful window our matching peacock blue sofa, stool and side table to relax on. Wardrobe, chest of drawers and further clothes hanging space. First floor: Mezzanine level (2.5X2m) - Family bathroom with shower over bath, wc, wash hand basin. Mezzanine level (2.8X2.7m) - Fully equipped kitchen – with gas cooker and hob, fridge freezer and microwave. Well stocked with a good range of pots, pans, cutlery, cleaning equipment etc. A washing machine plus detergent is provided for you to use during your stay. Front Lounge Diner (5.2X4.4m) – Comfortable and spacious; with large window allowing in loads of light, great for people watching on the adjacent street. Comfortable 2 X 3 seater sofas provide lots of comfortable seating to relax on after a hard day's work/sightseeing. TV with terrestrial channels and NETFLIX. Extendable dining table and chairs to sit 6 or more persons. Bedroom 2 (4.5X4.5m) with large comfortable king-size and single beds, clothes storage, chair, bedside cabs and lamps. Second floor: Bedroom 3 (4.5X4.2m) with large comfortable king-size bed, bedside cabs and lamps, chair. Clothes storage. Bedroom 4 (4.5X4.2m) with comfortable king size and single beds, bedside cabs and lamps, chair and bar table and stools to enjoy the Tyneside Sunset over South Shields metropolis! Clothes hanging space. Outside: There is ample on-street parking right in front of the property. The immediate neighbourhood Less than 5 minutes drive/25 minutes walk to the beautiful seafront; beaches & parks, bars and restaurants, etc. Newcastle and Sunderland a short 20 minutes or so drive or similar on public transport (Chichester metro station 5 minutes walk then 20 min train into Newcastle). Local mini supermarkets over the road open till late, and Aldi / 24hr ASDA a few minutes drive in South Shields centre have everything on your doorstep. Apart from company/worker bookings, we don't allow large single sex bookings. We have a strict NO PARTY policy. Guest access Only persons included in the booking (Government ID required) allowed into the house. Guests have access to the whole place but bedrooms will be locked off for smaller groups. There is a lockbox for building entry and only codes for bedrooms booked are given by myself for access. Strictly no parties, as a last resort we have security on standby for problem guests so please don't bother booking unless you are the right type of guest.... Other things to note T&Cs: Guests need to agree to our T&Cs on our Dwellcome Home website. Please contact us directly for long term stay discounts, etc. Pets Policy: Number and types of pet allowed are strict on request and at our discretion and subject to agreement of our 'pets T&Cs'. Please contact us with requirements before booking. All guests get my personalised guide to the area to ensure that you get the most out of your trip. Guest type: The property is strictly not for events/parties (unless by agreement with myself), or for guests who will not respect my neighbours, specifically in terms of noise. Strictly no events (I.e. photoshoots, etc unless by prior agreement). I have lovely neighbours who help me with the property and are my friends. Please do not book if you are not confident that the whole occupants will keep to this throughout your stay. If there are noise/antisocial issues guests will be removed. Entry: Strictly only persons booked into the property are allowed in unless by agreement with myself. Check-in: Please note we use a self-check-in service which allows a good level of check-in for guests arriving late. Although I do try to meet guests whenever possible please note it is not policy to greet guests on arrival but I always ask guests to contact me once they are into the place and to confirm that everything is to their satisfaction.
