Lille Sommerhus - authentic island house

The Lille Summerhus vacation home from Ada's Hideaways in Lemkendorf on Fehmarn is an ideal place to stay for up to 6 people (max. 4 adults). With a large garden and views of meadows and fields on the edge of the village, it is a perfect base for activities. The house has a spacious living-dining area with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a shower room on the ground floor as well as 2 more bedrooms and a toilet on the 1st floor. The space The Lille Summerhus is a former farm worker skate from 1880, which was rebuilt by us in 2005/6 after a long vacancy and awakened to new life. Wooden floorboards, Danish rung windows and lots of light ensure an uncomplicated, Scandinavian attitude to life in the house. In the foreground is the light-flooded living area with an open kitchen, a large dining table and a fireplace. On the ground floor, in addition to an open plan living and dining area with fireplace, fully equipped stainless steel kitchen, a double bedroom and a children's room with cot and baby bed. Upstairs is a bedroom with two single beds, an open bedroom with a double bed and a small bathroom with toilet. The stainless steel kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need. The house can accommodate a maximum of six people or, due to the bed configuration, can accommodate up to four adults plus children. Room layout: Ground floor: Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200) Bedroom 2: cot (80 x 190) Upper floor: Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90x200) Bedroom 4: open room with double bed (180x200) The house also has a large, sunny south-facing terrace and an approx. 1,000 sqm garden along the Kopendorfer Au, which offers plenty of space for playing, sunbathing and relaxing. The garden is available to both the tenants of this house and the tenants of our other cottage. IMPORTANT: Due to its simple, Scandinavian simplicity, the house is rather not suitable for seniors. PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide bed linen and towels – please bring your own. Bed linen and towels can be booked directly with us on request at a price of €30/person.
