The house has a slightly elevated position that is a great vantage point to enjoy sea views and whitstable beyond and of course the most amazing sunsets. Yorkletts is a popular semi-rural location opposite Victory wood (Woodland Trust) that offers wonderful country walks and a high point to view all along the coast. Whitstable is a 5 minute drive or you can catch the country bus from outside the door. Whitstable, famous for its oysters and quaint winding streets, offers a wonderful day by the seaside and many exquisite restaurants to enjoy in the evening. We also have great country pubs and restaurants on our doorstep with The Famous Sportsman at Seasalter a 5 minute drive, Reads in Faversham, or The Dove at Dargate just around the corner. The old market town of Faversham is accessible by bus or a 10 minute drive, here you can enjoy the old market streets and the world renowned Shepherd Neame brewery. Canterbury is steeped in history and the beautiful Cathedral is a must see alongside all the amenities of a large city.
