The Fairytale : a lakeshore villa in Albania

Beautiful & characteristic Albanian-style guesthouse situated on the shores of the breathtaking Shkodra-lake national park. Situated just 6 km from the vibrant city Shkodra, 15 km from the Montenegrin border, 30 km from the Velipoja beach its is perfect base for trips to the Albanian Alps (Theth, Valbona, Koman). The guesthouse has its own entrance, a private terrace and access to the swimming pool (shared) and garden (shared). An excellent place to enjoy and relax. The space - The guesthouse is situated in quiet residential (family oriented/no loud/party oriented) area and is one of our two Airbnb listings. The other listing being "The Prestige, luxury apartment in Albania". - The guesthouse is a proper house ans has three floors. - The guesthouse consist of a kitchen / dinning room, a dinning terrace (roofed), one Albanian style sitting room, three bathrooms and one separate toilette, twp bedrooms and an extra terrace/balcony. The two bedrooms have their own doors, but they communicate with each other. - The swimming pool and the larger garden are shared with our other listing ("The Prestige, luxury apartment in Albania"). The garden has more than 60 types of roses, fruit trees and many other plants. The swimming pool (naturally heated) measures 10 x 5 x 1,7 meters - The views are from every point amazing and relaxing. The house is quietly situated and we want it to remain a relaxing experience for us, our guests and of course our neighbours. - The guesthouse (Airbnb: "Fairytale villa on the Shkodra lake") and the guestapartment (Airbnb: "The Prestige, luxury apartment in Albania") have their separate entrances (front doors) and can be rented independent from each other and keep their privacy. - The main villa is private (not for rent). - We have a small chicken coop (fresh eggs for our little guests), a few lovely cats and some turtles. Guest access - The keys of the guesthouse are managed by the owners. - The guests of the both listings are completely independent form each other and from the owners. However when needed guest are more than welcome to contact the owners or the keeping lady. - The guesthouse is accessible by stairs (less mobile people might experience some tiredness). - The guesthouse is not suitable for wheelchair users. - The address of the guesthouse is Rruga e Selvijave 32, Shiroke, Shkoder Other things to note - The road toward the house is under construction, but good accessible by car/motorbike/bikes. - Be aware that Albania is in full development and that the infrastructure - including here the electricity grid, the sewage system, the water supply - is not yet up to EU standards, thus shortages / malfunctions may occur. - The technical appliances - including the shower boilers, the air-co system, kitchen appliances - are the best we could by in Albania. - While we do our utmost to offer you the most comfort possible, we also ask for your understanding if (very rarely) technical problems may occur.
