This beautiful home has enough space for the whole family, equipped with everything you’ll need to make you feel like it’s your own. You’ll be in close driving distant to great hiking opportunities, Spring Training, shopping, Tempe Town Lake, Mill Ave/ASU, and much more. The community offers a scenic community lake with catch and release fishing, a covered park, and lots of walking. We can’t wait for you to enjoy your home away from home! Don’t forget to catch a sunset too - it’s breathtaking. The space This is our family's home where we have a 3 year old princess and a 1 year old boy that loves to explore... so it is very kid friendly. Our home is mostly baby proof equipped with high chair, booster seat, crib, pack n play (if needed), and toys/games for all ages...yes, even the big kids! You’ve literally got everything you could need to make your next family vacation stress free! Other things to note We’re aware of the cosmetic imperfections (Kitchen and Coffee+Wine Bar). We’re currently wrapping up a remodel and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
