Arcile, beach house with garden

Our house is located in Baia di Arcile, an exclusive residential area for a peaceful stay on the east coast of Sicily, 30 min drive from Catania Airport and 8 min drive from the ancient fishing village of Brucoli. It has a spectacular view of the sea and Mt Etna and is immersed in the greenery of eucalyptus, hibiscus and oleanders. A private pebble beach is only ten meters away from the house and can be reached by going down a few steps. The space The house consists of a large circular living room with an ornamental fireplace, a 39” smart tv and large sofas where our guests can relax while enjoying the beautiful view; a dining area connected to the living room with a table and a large built-in wardrobe; a fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker and gas cylinder, fridge, oven, microwave oven, Italian coffeemaker (moka); a room with a queen bed, a large built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and an armchair; a second room with a queen bed and a wardrobe; a little room with a desk accessible from the courtyard; a bathroom with a shower and two sinks; a second bathroom equipped with a washing machine accessible from the courtyard. Outside there are two terraces: a smaller one at the entrance, furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table; a larger one (about 60 square meters) accessible from the living area, with a patio furnished with a large table, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower with hot water and a large white gravel garden. On the roof of the house there is a large sun terrace where our guests can relax and enjoy the enchanting view of the sea and Mount Etna. Our guests will have the following services available: internet wi-fi; two electric fans to cool the two bedrooms; water heater; washing machine; iron and small ironing board; vacuum cleaner; 39” smart tv; hairdryer; italian coffeemaker (moka); oven; fridge; microwave oven; plug adapters USA/UK to European; bed and bath linens; toilet paper; mosquito nets and repellents; deck chairs; first aid kit. Covered private parking is included in the price. Car is in fact necessary because the area is not served by public transport. Behind the house there is a railway line. During the day some trains pass, but their passage is usually so fast as not to disturb our guests. Trains never pass during the night. Aqua shoes are needed. This home has a special place in our heart. We hope our guests will love it as much as we do.
