Enjoy a private garden with Jacuzzi in summer & the warmth of the wood stove in winter. The space This beautiful, well-equipped Ty Perig house offers you a comfortable and relaxing stay. Enjoy the proximity to the edge of the Gulf of Morbihan, with its beaches and coastal trails just a 5-minute walk away. And also shops 3 minutes away by walk (Bakery, Butcher, Supermarket, Grocery, Pharmacy, Tobacco, Newspapers... etc.) On the ground floor: A large bright living room, with 2 leather sofas, large screen TV Orange decoder 120 channels. Wood-burning stove Direct access to the terrace without steps. An open, equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, two coffee machines (filter and NESPRESSO with classic pods) blender, kettle. The dishes are assorted (seafood tasting knives, steak knives). Towels, hand towels & new sponge at your disposal. A small safe. 1 toilet on the ground floor.
