Welcome to Normandy ! Located in a breeding horses farm in the Normandy countryside, our house is ideally located between Mont Saint-Michel, the D-Day landing beaches, Bayeux and Caen. The space Welcome to Vanessa and Jean-William If you're a nature lover, come and discover our charming 140 m², 3-star-rated house, ideal for a peaceful getaway in the countryside, with an uninterrupted view of our horses and no neighbours. Description of the house - Ground floor: Dining room, sitting room with closed fireplace, fitted kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom (bed 180x200), bathroom (bath, walk-in shower), WC. - First floor: 1 bedroom (2 beds 90x200 + 1 bed 160x200), bathroom with WC. Equipment included - Washing machine, tumble dryer, baby facilities, Wi-Fi, television, terrace with barbecue, large garden. - Bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival. Housekeeping included. Exterior and access - Private entrance with parking. - Dogs welcome (except category 1 and 2) with cushion and bowls. 1 dog per stay, €20/stay. Relaxation and well-being - Included in the price : Heated indoor saltwater swimming pool with counter-current action and hot tub. - To extend your moment of relaxation, private access to the sauna and herbal tea room is available (€20/person for 1 hour including bathrobe + towels + hot drink). Access to the swimming pool and whirlpool bath - Rules and reservations For safety reasons, access to the pool is limited to 10 people at a time. Access times & bookable slots : - 7.00 am to 5.00 pm: free access - From 5.00 pm to 8.00 pm: access by reservation only with two separate slots: families with children or adults only (5.00 pm to 6.30 pm or 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm). These slots must be booked in advance: by text message, email or telephone. Hot tub : under 16s are not permitted under French regulations. Sauna : reserved for people over 6, with medical advice recommended for certain medical conditions. Wellness area open from 7am to 8pm The perfect place to recharge your batteries, enjoy peace and quiet and modern comforts, while immersing yourself in the beauty of nature. Other things to note Dogs: at the Havetot stud farm, your dogs are welcome (not just tolerated). A special welcome is reserved for them (cushions, bowls, etc. are available).
