Escape to the quiet hills above Brecon and enjoy a peaceful countryside stay at Aberyscir Coach House Dark Skies Holiday Cottage for two. Surrounded by beautiful scenery and some of Wales’s darkest skies, it's the perfect place to slow down, explore the Brecon Beacons and simply enjoy time together. Just three miles from Brecon, you'll feel wonderfully away from it all while still being close to excellent restaurants, cafes, independent shops and everything you need for a relaxing stay. The space In the grounds of our Victorian Rectory surrounded by our fields. Bedroom – A very comfortable double bed with cotton bedding and a wool duvet. Alternative bedding available. Bathroom – A relaxing bath with powerful electric shower over it, basin and toilet. Lounge – Fast Wi-Fi, HD Freesat smart TV, DVD player, Radio and CD player. Log burner supplied with logs and kindling. Comfy sofa and easy chair. Kitchen – Whilst compact it has all the essentials but no dishwasher. A washing machine and dryer are available in the main house for a small charge. There is a drying room where the boiler is housed, ideal for muddy boots etc. Outside – Your outside patio area is ideal for alfresco dining or just relaxing in beautiful calm surroundings. There is a BBQ with charcoal etc supplied. The untethered Zappi EV charger (addition charges) is just outside. Safe storage for bikes in the adjacent barn. The paddock has an amazing view of the Brecon Beacons and its highest mountain Pen Y Fan. Why not sit back in the swing seat, enjoy the view and at night look up at the star filled dark skies (weather permitting!). You are welcome to enjoy all the outside areas but should be aware that there are no fences between our old rectory and the coach house. We also have two very friendly young Black Labradors, chickens and sheep in the fields at certain times. Guest access You are welcome to share all the outside space and store bikes in the barn. There is plenty of parking beside the coach house. You have a patio area outside your backdoor from where you have great views. Please note there are no fences separating the Coach House from the rest of our property. Other things to note Our two black labradors love to meet the visitors and we also have chickens and sheep on the property.
