Courtyard Cottage stunning luxury holiday cottage

Courtyard Cottage is a spacious luxury countryside cottage situated in a beautiful parkland setting. With off road parking for two cars, electric car charging point, countryside views and situated between Junction 9 and 10 of the M40 and 4 miles from the A34. Bicester Village, Oxford and The Cotswolds close by. Ideal for short breaks or longer stays to explore everything Oxfordshire has to offer. The space *Minimum stay 3 nights* (Please note this may vary during high season, we will confirm this at time of enquiry) Downstairs there is an entrance hallway with separate WC. The large open plan kitchen and dining area has island seating for four, as well as a large kitchen table seating six making the perfect communal social area. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer. A stable door leads you to a private patio with seating area to enjoy in the summer months as well as a communal grass area which is shared with the adjoining cottages. From the kitchen a door leads into the sitting room which has a sofa bed which can be made into an additional bedroom on request at booking (at an additional charge). This snug sitting room has an electric log burner to be enjoyed on colder evenings as well as a smart TV. An external door gives access to an additional private courtyard garden with outside seating. A tranquil and peaceful space to enjoy in the warm evenings and summer days. Upstairs there is a family bathroom which benefits from underfloor heating and bath with an overbath shower. Courtyard Cottage has two double bedrooms with kingsize beds. The main bedroom has doors which open to a Juliet balcony with gorgeous views over the fields, and also has an en-suite shower room with underfloor heating. The second bedroom has an original fireplace which has been retained for character, but no longer working! Courtyard Cottage is the largest of our three cottages and sleeps 4-6 people. Please note that if sheets and towels are left heavily marked with fake tan we reserve the right to charge guests for extra cleaning. Guest access Guests will have sole access to all parts of Courtyard Cottage, as well as a shared access with adjoining cottages to the grassed garden area. Visitors have access to a beautiful walk along a farm track through parkland. Other things to note Courtyard Cottage is on a working farm.
