Located very conveniently in the area of Kardakata, most of the islands highlights are in reasonable distance. The house spreads over an area of 60m2 and can accommodate up to 4 guests in comfort. The ground floor comprises open plan living area, fully-equipped kitchen & dining area and a modern wet room complete with shower, WC and wash basin. The contemporary open-style staircase leads to an upper floor level, which features: one double bedroom, open-plan area housing a single bed, as well as a private balcony area with a stunning sea view, offering the opportunity to relax and enjoy the colours of the Ionian at any time of the day! Guest access Externally, the villas are situated around a large impressive communal courtyard, a focal area with Al Fresco dining seating up to 12 people in comfort, as well as many private areas for those peaceful reflective moments during the morning, afternoon and evening times, where guests can take in the amazing views from these wonderful properties and enjoy the tranquillity that Ionian Colours offer our guests. We also have a feature BBQ area externally, which all our guests have the use of.
