Gorgeous Victorian home-ideal get away near Henley

My home is a beautiful, characterful but modern Victorian house at the heart of the riverside village of Wargrave, only a 10 minute drive or train journey from the vibrant and beautiful Henley on Thames. The space Downstairs is a light open plan space with a fully equipped kitchen-dining area and cosy living room (there was a Log fire but it is currently strictly out of use until a log burner is installed-expected Autumn 2026). There is also a WC. There is a good sized garden as well as a patio with table and chairs with a BBQ for the warmer months. On the first floor there are two small double bedrooms for up to 4 people, one bathroom (shower over bath). A third kingsized bedroom (for up to a further 2 people) can sometimes be booked by special arrangement at an additional charge of £50 per night. As of June 26 there is a second floor but this is not available to guests. Parking for 1 car is available on the drive (note it is small) otherwise there is free street parking on the road the house is located. 1 well behaved dog allowed with prior agreement. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire ground floor of the house, including the living areas, kitchen, WC, and the garden. On the first floor, guests have access to two bedrooms included in the booking, plus the bathroom. Please note that a third first-floor bedroom is kept locked and is not included in the standard booking. This room can be made available for an additional charge if required—please enquire before booking. The second floor (added June 26) including stairs up to it, is not accessible to guests, as it contains the host's private bedroom and personal space. Other things to note Please note that this is a quiet neighbourhood and my neighbours have small children, so their peace and quiet must be respected during your stay.
