The space Zempin (Seebad). The holiday home is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Charging electric cars is not permitted at the holiday property. The house is exclusively available for brokerage through Holiday Home and is not used by the owner. Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property. Room: The entrance to your holiday home is located on the ground floor, is covered, at ground level and wheelchair accessible and leads directly into the porch with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible (width of doors 92 cm). Ground floor: Bedroom (16 sqm) with 1 double bed. Eat-in kitchen (40 sqm) with sitting area, TV, fireplace, radio, DVD player and access to the terrace (48 sqm, garden furniture).
