The house is built in the country house style and equipped with a garden, terrace and balcony. The private rooms are located in the communal complex. The salon on the first floor can be booked for exclusive use on an hourly basis if available. The guest room in the basement is 19 m2. It is pleasantly shady in summer, windows at eye level and heated in winter with underfloor heating. The guest room on the 1st floor is 14 m2 and the one with adjoining balcony is 19 m2. The shower room is on the ground floor. The space Feel at home in the architect's house in Pesterwitz, a historic place since 1068 AD. The village structure, 8 km from the state capital Dresden and accessible by public transport, has grown historically and offers the infrastructure for a pleasant stay within walking distance. Due to its location on the local wine slope, it offers beautiful views of the Dresden and Freital valleys.
