Victoria House is located in a quiet residential street and offers fully-furnished and full-equipped accommodation in the form of 32 recently-built, self-contained, studio apartments over 3 floors. The space Victoria House, located just a short stroll to the station and city centre offers fully-furnished and fully-equipped accommodation via 32 self-contained, studio apartments. All studios have a comfortable double or king bed with large wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside chest with lamp, desk and chair. A smart TV with Netflix is provided for your enjoyment. Untra-fast Wi-Fi is available to all guests, as well as USB charging ports and Ethernet ports. Paid laundry facilities are also available for communal use. The kitchen comprises of a Corian worktop, ample storage, induction hob, under-counter fridge/freezer, integrated combi microwave and kettle. It’s stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll. Each studio comes with hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. Extra can be provided at additional cost. However, fresh towels will be provided weekly. CCTV is set-up in communal areas for your safety. Guest access If guests arrive before 5pm we will generally check them in ourselves, otherwise we will send the code for a lockbox from where they will be able to collect the keycard that will work on the building entrance and the apartment door. There are 4 free private parking bays in front of the property and 10 more at the rear marked “Covstays”. If these locations are occupied guests may park on the street but there are restrictions which need to be noted. Other things to note A refundable damage deposit hold of £100 is required before check-in. This is not a charge and will be released after checkout if no damage is reported.
