Drop anchor in our grandfather's fisherman's house, you will immerse yourself in the Collioure of the last century around a contemporary decoration focused on fishing and the city of painters. Close to shops and beach within 50 m walking distance. A small table and two chairs are at your disposal to enjoy the freshness of the small terrace at aperitif time. The space The small house is very well located in a quiet area while being close to shops and the beach. After climbing a few steps you will arrive on a porch with a table and two chairs to enjoy the midday sun. You will enter the living room where the living room is located (possibility of a convertible bed 140 x 190 cm and the small fully equipped kitchen. Opposite this, some stairs lead you to the 1st floor where there is the bright 1st bedroom (double bed 140 x 190 cm) with its storage space, and its reading corner, then a door leading to a bathroom with toilet and a small window. Finally, on the 2nd level there is a 2nd sleeping area under the roofs (note: ceiling height is 1.50 m at the highest point). Please note, the stairs are not secure. Guest access Guest access is self-contained, thanks to the detailed instructions sent the day before by Audrey. The accommodation located on a pedestrian street is not directly accessible by vehicle Other things to note Important information: Linens that include fitted sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase and bolster case or bath towels are not provided. Bedrooms: bed dimensions 140 x 190 cm. You have blankets, duvets, and pillows at your disposal. If you wish, we can provide you with: - Sheets for €15 per bed - Bath towels (1 large, 1 small, and a glove) for €10 per person. IMPORTANT: Upon arrival the accommodation will be clean, it must be returned in the same condition when leaving. If you don't want to do the cleaning, you can choose the "cleaning" package for €60 per week or €40 for a stay of 3 days or less. These services are by no means mandatory!
