"Karibu" means Welcome to our 3 bedrooms AUTHENTIC village house in Jambiani village, with plenty of restaurants bars to choose from, and fun activities to enjoy including snorkelling, diving ,kite surfing or just chilling! You’ll love our little place because of the big bright space, simple fresh breakfast, living alongside a lovely Swahili families around and the 6 minute walk to the beach, bar and bus stop. We look forward to welcoming you to enjoy our authentic hospitality . The space Staying in the lovely family home run by myself with my wife MWAJUU gives you the opportunity to see Swahili life while enjoying your own private bedroom and sunbathing area , The bathroom is a clean and simple Swahili-style yet with sitting toilet with running shower, the whole house has 3 double bedrooms , all guests will have access to use our kitchen and bathroom and toilet . Guest access While staying with us , our guests can have access to the kitchen ,bathroom, living room and our sunbathing area , in the mean time i will always be available for all needs such as exploring the village and doing all activities within Jambiani area or outside the community to make sure , my guests do have wonderful times while staying at my place, During your stay I like to socialize with my guests whenever they need me and show them the authentic living of my community ,and I will always be around for morning breakfast preparation and organize some house-keeping , and me or my wife will always be around for anything else during the day time , Other things to note the house is located in the middle of the community , surrounded by local neighborhood , from where the house is located, the beach is about 5 minutes walk away , several local bars and restaurants are nearby as well, the whole community is very safe and friendly in general ,Unfortunately no ATM in the village , the nearest ATM is in Paje village , it cost roughly $5 by taxi to go to Paje village , Regarding the local bus known here as DALADALA operate daily from Zanzibar town to Jambiani village , we can always assist our guest regarding this , the bus cost Tz shillings 3000 per person on one way , the Jambiani bus take about 2 hours , can be caught at Mwanakwerekwe market (Asha /Fatma bus station) once on the bus ask the driver to drop you off at Mwendawima area, once dropping off at this point ask anyone around for Moringe House , is well known here , Jambiani bus has number 309, alternatively we can arrange airport or port or any location pick up to JAMBIANI village at reasonable prices .
