It is only a few minutes away from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, cafes, and clubs. Parking available under certain conditions*. The space The apartment is 95m2. The living space is large and bright, divided between a living room, a terrace, a dining area and an open plan kitchen. Living room with 2 sofas, a coffee table and equipped with a 43" flat screen TV (satellite, cable, DVD) Dining area with a table that can accomodate up to 8 people. Full equipped open plan kitchen with a bar and two stools. Large terrace with a seating area. Bedroom 1: Queen bed, 39" flat screen TV, full hight closet, desk and en suite full bathroom with walk in shower Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Double bed Second full bathroom with walk in shower. Guest toilets. INCLUDED AMENITIES - Central AC/heat. - Bed linens and towels provided for each guest. - Washing machine and drying rack in the apartment. - Iron and board. - Hi speed Wifi (fiber optic). - Toiletries starter kit: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet paper. - Cooking starter kit: Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. Location: The parking lot is on Mendele Mokher Sfarim street 3, less than 200 meters away (a 2-minute walk). **IMPORTANT UPDATE: BETWEEN 18/04/2021 - 30/12/2026, THERE IS CONSTRUCTION WORK ON BEN YEHUDA STREET WHILE THE CITY IS BUILDING A TRAMWAY. IT MAY CAUSE SOME NUISANCE. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal for a pleasant stay. Other things to note PASSPORT AND VAT - The main guest must present a copy of their passport at the time of the booking and prior entering the apartment. - Israeli citizens are obliged, by law, to pay an extra 18% VAT of the total booking price. - The main guest must submit a copy of a valid tourist visa, (the border pass, a blue slip that they will receive at the immigration authority upon arrival in Israel) in order to be exempted from paying VAT. This exemption applies only to people entering Israel on a B/2, B/3, B/4 visa or entering according to a special entry permit, such as diplomats. - Tourists who fail to present a valid tourist visa will be charged an extra 18% VAT. - VAT collection, when applicable, must take place before entering the property. The payment may be processed through a third party platform. - I reserve the right to deny entry to the property to a guest unable to present a valid border pass or unwilling to pay 18% VAT while mandatory. In such a case the standard cancelation policy will apply and the price of the booking will be due in full.
