Lovely modern 2 bedroom unit with separate living space and private entrance. Superbly located in the heart of rural St Ouen in a traditional Jersey farmhouse. A short walk to Jersey racecourse, miles of cliffpaths and Plemont beach. A five minute drive to Jersey's number one surfing beach and golf course. There is a local café within 2 minutes walk serving breakfasts, lunch and weekend evening meals during summer, fully licenced. Ten min drive to the airport. The space The unit has its own private entrance, completely separate from the hosts. There is private parking on site. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. We also have two travel cots available. There is a large separate lounge with sofa, dining table and four chairs, digital TV, including Netflix and a DVD player. The bathroom is modern with a bath and power shower. We provide tea and coffee making facilities plus fridge, microwave and toaster. Cutlery and crockery are also provided. This is suitable for guests who wish to prepare light meals and snacks but there is no kitchen. Free wifi provided throughout the living space. Guest access Guests have their own private entrance, with private parking directly outside. They will have their own lounge, two separate bedrooms and a separate bathroom.
