DeMayos Cay ~ Tan Tar to/Margaritaville

Large lake front home in the TanTara Estates. The home is nestled among trees in the beautiful cove next to then main facility. Sitting waterfront with a private dock, and great fishing is but a few of the many amneities. The resort just minutes away, has a pool, water park, retro bowling, arcade, horse back riding and golfing, just to name a few. The home has recently been remodeled and will have a kitchen update next year. Home has 4 private parking spots as well. The space The entire house, 5 private rooms with one being the large bunkroom, a very large kitchen/ living room combo all overlooking the lake! The view is gorgeous as it is heavily trees across from out cove! Guest access Entire house, large outdoor deck and patio, private dock and 4 private parking spaces! Other things to note There is an additional 25.00 fee per person, per night, over 10 guests and no more than 12 guests, with no exceptions. We require a 3 night minimum and subject to longer stays requirements on Holidays!
