At the edge of a village, 1 km from the center, you'll find this charming farmhouse form 1925. The cottage is at the front house. The owner lives at the back. Both houses have a separate entrance & facilities (no sharing). Private entrance, own cottage & garden! You'll experience the atmosphere of the past with the comfort of the present. It is fully equipped for 2 people. Pets welcome upon request. 5 euro per pet a day,. The space In this cozy holiday home you will experience the atmosphere of the past with all the comforts of the present. It is fully equipped for two people. It is possible to sleep separatly using the farm box as additional bed. Alternatively the box bed can be used as a reading corner. Outside there is a fenced private garden with a terrace and seating, directly accessible from the living room. The living room consists of a dining and sitting area and a fully equipped open kitchen. You have access to a combi oven / microwave, coffee maker and fridge. The cottage has central heating and a cozy gas heater. The bedroom has a double box spring. In addition In the bathroom there is a bath, a shower, a sink and a toilet and some accessories. The cottage is equipped with TV and internet. If desired, the WiFi can be either switched on or off. On the terras of the garden is a seating area and in the garden a bicycle shed. From the cottage you can enjoy beautiful walking and cycling trips through forests and heathland fields. In short, a house where you can fully enjoy your holiday! A pet is very welcome. Multiple pets are also possible in consultation. You have a parking space right outside the property. Smoking or barbecuing is not permitted. Guest access You have access to the all cottage with a private entrance and private garden. The cottage offers full privacy. The owner lives in the back of the house with own entry and own garden. From the cottage you can immediately enjoy wonderful walking and cycling routes. On warm days you can swim in idyllic natural ponds in the area – in some of them even together with your dog(s). For golf enthusiasts, several 18-hole golf courses are located within about 10 km. Mountain bikers will also find plenty of routes nearby. Besides nature, Drenthe also offers a lot of culture and history. Visit the famous Hunebedden (prehistoric dolmens), the museum village of Orvelte, the Ellert and Brammert Museum, the Veenpark in Emmer-Compascuum, Westerbork Remembrance Centre, or the Planetron in Dwingeloo, and much more. For daily groceries you can go to the shops in Schoonoord. For more extensive shopping you can visit the nearby towns of Borger, Emmen, or Assen.
