The space The apartments are located in a building built in 1911, which we are gradually repairing. There are 6 apartments in the house occupied by permanent tenants and attic apartments for guests, which have recently been renovated and built by themselves. The apartments are comfortably furnished to meet the needs of guests during their stay. The equipment is complemented by stylish historical objects, stored in the attic of the house for decades, which give the space the spirit of times past, whether it is small items or pieces of furniture suitably complementing the otherwise modern equipment of the apartments. Guest access The apartments are located on the second floor of the building, in the attic. They have a separate entrance and guests do not disturb the permanent residents of the apartments in the house with whom they can meet in the common areas or in the garden around the house. The garden provides peace and privacy, it is completely fenced on the plot between other gardens. The garden is the only place where smoking is allowed. Upon arrival, we will accommodate you and familiarize you with everything you need. If we are not at home, we will send the KEY BOX code by SMS before arrival. In order to park your car behind the fence, you will receive a remote control from the electric gate from us upon arrival, along with the key to the house and apartment. It can also be opened by phone, the number of which you will receive after booking. Your access to the house or apartment is not limited in time and you can use it from 00:00 to 24:00, please observe the night peace from 22:00 to 07:00. Other things to note Parking in front of the house is unlimited, the visitor will receive a remote control upon arrival with the keys. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a CO detector in the kitchenette, fire extinguishers are available in the apartments and in the hallways. In the bathrooms there is a hairdryer, in the kitchens there is a fridge, microwave, kettle, hotplates, iron, everything we use is available to you. On request, we can place a wooden baby feeding chair in the apartment. - Free bottled water, instant coffee and tea are available in the minibar.
