Basement apartment with separate entrance Nice small bright quiet apartment in Großen-Linden, southwest area. The place has a TRAIN STATION, bus connection and highway connection and many MARKETS within walking distance. University of Giessen or THM Giessen/Friedberg are within easy reach. Direct train connection to Frankfurt MESSE or Frankfurt main train station. The apartment has Wi-Fi with 100 Mbit connection. BICYCLE TOUR ALONG THE BEAUTIFUL LAHN (see "The accommodation," as the text field is too small) The space BICYCLE TOUR ALONG THE BEAUTIFUL LAHN From my apartment you can reach the Lahn in the area of the Heuchelheim lakes by bike on a flat route via agricultural paths and there turn right onto both bike paths/utility paths downstream via Wetzlar, Limburg... or upstream via Gießen, Lollar into the Lumda Valley or continue to Marburg. A tour in both directions is worthwhile. Free accommodation of the bicycles in the double garage is possible. Guest access The apartment is completely at the guests disposal. Temporary info: Apartment partially "blocked" in November/December. The apartment can only be rented during this period upon prior request. Other things to note The term "dryer yes" refers to a large drying room with clotheslines. The laundry usually dries quite quickly (1-2 days). If "laundry" is desired, I take a contribution of €5. The laundry detergent is included. Instruction before use is mandatory. Washing in the apartment is not permitted.
