Lovely double en-suite bedroom.

The bungalow is the third one on the left as you drive onto South Park. Quiet double bedroom at the end of the bungalow with en-suite. Off street parking. Wifi . Kitchen and living area available. Also access to a conservatory. The space Welcome to our spacious, comfortable bungalow we hope you enjoy your stay with us here at Roos. The facilities comprises of a double bed room with 2 bed side lights. In room, tea/coffee making facilities. Hanging rail and coat hooks. A full length mirror. Hair dryer. A jug of drinking water and glasses. Towels (please ask if you need more) A T.V for your use. The central heating is switched off at the moment but should you feel cold please let us know and we can put a heater in the room. Please let us know if you would like extra towels or blankets as we have plenty. If you would like to eat in please let us know so we can show you where the crockery and cutlery are kept. The room has vertical blinds and draw curtain for you comfort. The on-suite has an electric shower the power is turned on by a switch to the left of the bathroom door. Please note that a light breakfast of tea/coffee, cereals and toast is included. Guest access In the bungalow there is a smoke detector and a carbon monoxide fitted in the hall way. We are a non-smoking home but please feel free to smoke in the paved area at the side of the bungalow. Parking is to the side of the bungalow in front of the garage door. We live in a quiet neighbourhood, please be mindful of other local residents when leaving or returning especially during un-sociable hours. If you are going to return after 10pm we will give you a door key to let yourselves in. Please feel free to use our beautiful garden and patio area to relax and unwind in. During your stay As required. Other things to note Please note that we have a cat called Sooty, who lives and sleeps outside. She is very friendly. If it's your first time in this part of the country we hope you enjoy your visit and your stay with us here in Roos. We also have a quiet study/music room which is available for your use. Please note we have laminate and carpet areas in our home, so feel free to bring your slippers. I have also a small single bed and travel cot which can be hired nightly. Checking in and out can be flexible by prior arrangement.
