Modern and essential suite on two levels, on the fourth floor with lift, in a late nineteenth-century building, with high ceilings. We are at 5 minutes walking from Termini Station and one can reach on foot most of the major tourist, artistic and cultural sites, the heart of the city. You can prepare breakfast or simple meals at any time: there's no kitchen, but there is cutlery, kettle, microwave with grill, a small fridge of 17 liters, TV, wi-fi, hair dryer, fan, A.C. NO laundry machine. The space We are strategically located, at 5 minutes walk from Termini Station. We can be easily reached on foot from all airport terminals, both Fiumicino and Ciampino; public buses are nearby and you can reach all places of interest that you find too far to walk to. Nearest Metro A at 400mt; Metro B stop, a little farther. Taxis are available in 5 minutes. The center of the city's life is within walking distance, without letting you too exposed to its chaos. You can reach on foot most of the major tourist, artistic and cultural sites, the heart of the city. Among the closest cultural attractions, not to be missed, within walking distance: Bernini's Ecstasy of St Teresa, the Trajan Markets, the National Museum in Palazzo Massimo, the Baths of Diocletian, the MACRO, Piazza Fiume, Piazza della Repubblica, Villa Borghese, Via Veneto, Piazza Barberini and, if you like walking, you can reach Piazza Venezia, the Fori Imperiali, and the Colosseum, also (otherwise, is easy to get there by bus or subway). The area is served by all kinds of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, pizza restaurants, nightclubs, bars, pharmacies, doctors, banks and ATMs, cafes, and all connections to and from airports. We will be delighted to do everything we can to provide you with all the information and tips you need. For motorists, besides parking within blue-striped parking lots, throughout the neighbourhood, there are several garages for a fee. We can't hide that this is a problematic area for parking. Unless you have special needs, however, during your stay there, you won't need your car! A large window lets you enjoy the view of a nice garden and the via Cernaia along the Diocletians' Baths. The living area is on the first level (with a double sofa bed 140 x 200 cm) and the sleeping area with bath, is secluded on the habitable mezzanine (double bed 160 x 200 cm or single bed 80 x 200 cm). Space perfect for two persons, comfortable for four. A fifth person must adapt to the size of a bit shorter single sofa bed in the sleeping area (75 x 186 cm). If you travel with children up to 3 years old, please contact me before booking. You'll be free to prepare breakfast at any time; there is cutlery, a kettle, a microwave with grill, a 40-inch HDTV with digital terrestrial tuner, Wi-Fi Internet, ADSL, a hair dryer, and air conditioning. There is no kitchen or kitchenette. There's a small fridge of 17 litres, with a cell for ice, in the cupboard containing the crockery. Please note: NO laundry machine use is allowed. The suite is inside our apartment but remains independent from our rooms. We have in common only the entrance. For timetables of check-in and check-out, we'll try to meet your needing as much as possible. Please note: weekly fares indicated are to be considered on a basis of one/two persons. They will be increased following the number of guests. For children up to 3 years old, please contact me in advance. The tourist tax is of €6,00 per person per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) (children under 10 years excluded), now already included with the payment. For security reasons, smoking and any kind of open flame are strictly forbidden (candles, incense, and so on). Guest access Everything shown in the pictures is available for private guests' use only. Please note: NO laundry machine use is allowed. My space is part of my apartment, but we'll share only the main entrance. Although there is an elevator to get to the floor, there are seven steps in the lobby of the building and, in the house, the night space is on the mezzanine with quite steep stairs, as you can see in pictures. Guests with children who are not able to pay attention to the stairs and mezzanine should carefully consider if it suits them or not (we can't take any responsibility) and so should do people with reduced mobility.
