The space Apartment size is approximately 650 square feet directly above our garage. You have your very own space while we are just next door in our little home. We do have a gated area for our fur-babies. During the heat of the summer, enjoy the cool temperatures of the apartment with 2 window units and 3 ceiling fans you can set it to what you like. During the cooler months, the thermostat will adjust the central heat throughout the apartment. The kitchen does have a microwave, toaster, coffee maker with filters, a crockpot, air-fryer, large griddle, stove and full size refrigerator. It does not have an oven or a dishwasher. We do ask you to please wash your used dishes prior to leaving. We have cable, wifi, and a dvd player with several movies to pick from. If your not in the mood for TV, enjoy some of our games or puzzles. Spend some quality time with each other :). The firepit is right outside the patio in a private setting around the trees. We encourage you to bring firewood with you. We do have some if you run out, along with lighter fluid, a citronella candle, and roasting sticks. You also have access to the backyard area to kick a ball around or play with our travel cornhole game (located next to the tv). We are ALWAYS looking to improve this space for your next visit and future guests. Please review the binder when you arrive of everything you need to know during your stay and add any suggestions that you may have. We appreciate all feedback. Guest access We have a "Y" shaped, gravel driveway. Parking will depend on the day, but we will be sure to let you know ahead of time. In advance, please inform us if you have an RV or boat that you will be bringing with you so we can provide you with the room you need. Once you stroll down the drive way, the garage will be the large building ahead of you. The apartment is above the garage and your private access is to the right of the driveway.
