This house is ideal for families or groups, offering a split lay-out, with separate bedroom & kitchen setup on each floor. The upstairs loft area offers an extra sleeping area with 2 twin beds for the kids. Only 26 miles away from Lakepoint Sports Community. Using back roads (less traffic) it will take about 30 - 35 minutes to Emerson, GA The space No need to drive, this beautiful lake house has a private dock, steps away, for fishing and swimming. Take the kayaks for a spin around the lake or relax with a cup of coffee in the spacious screened in porch. The large upper deck offers great lake views, outdoor grilling, or roasting marsh mellows on the gas fire table. Step inside on cool nights to enjoy the automatic gas log fireplace and big screen TV. Like to cook? A fully stocked kitchen, pantry, and Spice Cabinet await. The upstairs loft has two twin beds and is lots of fun for the kids. Pool Table, Shuffle Board Table, and Dart Board located in the down stairs game area. The Lake Arrowhead Community has seasonal swimming pools, Playgrounds, Hiking Trails, Tennis Courts, Pickleball Courts, Marina, Boat Rental, Golf Course, and a Clubhouse Bar & Grill Restaurant. Guest access Lake Arrowhead is a gated community. Please forward me the names of all guests and vehicle types that will be coming onto the property. I will submit to the security gates in advance and then you can check in to get a parking pass for the duration of your trip. There is reserved parking for up to 3 vehicles. There is a key-pad on the front door to allow 24 hour access the house. Other things to note This is a quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels down. I have friends and neighbors who keep an eye on the property. If it is reported that additional guests are staying, beyond that specified in AirBnB reservation, or loud parties or events, then it will result in a reservation cost increase & loss of security deposit. ***Unfortunately, no outside water-craft are allowed on this private lake. Security is instructed to prohibit all outside boats, canoes, and kayaks from entering the community unless already registered with Lake Arrowhead.*** Send me your e-mail and I will forward an info pack on the community and how to access the property. This is private property so no fishing license required. Excellent bass fishing on this lake. Pontoon rental available at the marina. Fishing poles and cheap tackle in downstairs in screened in porch area. Also life jackets and kayak paddles. Some pool floats & noodles are located in outside storage under the deck. Key is on the red key ring in kitchen. Please do not lose these keys.
