The detached, thatched cottage stretches over two floors and is about a 10-minute walk from a natural beach. On 100 m² you will find a combined living and dining area with fireplace, a bathtub shower, a guest toilet, a kitchen, a sauna with shower and three bedrooms. The furnished south-facing terrace overlooking the countryside invites you to spend relaxing hours. Enjoy peaceful vacation days near the Baltic Sea and relax in the on-site sauna. On the ground floor of the cottage is the living area. Here, a corner couch and an armchair invite you to social evening hours. For entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo system at your disposal. The dining area is integrated in the light-flooded living area and offers plenty of space for shared meals. The fireplace provides coziness and cozy warmth, especially on colder evenings. The sun-drenched terrace leads to the living area. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer and microwave and dishwasher. A kettle, coffee maker and toaster complete the kitchen equipment. The in-house sauna on the ground floor of the cottage (€5.00 for 2 hours duration) offers special relaxation. A shower provides refreshment. The guest toilet is located next to the sauna area. There are three bedrooms on the upper floor. The first bedroom is furnished with a comfy double bed (2 x 90x200 cm) and a large closet. In the second bedroom, a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) awaits you for a night's rest. For your holiday luggage, a wardrobe is also available here. The pull-out sofa bed (170 x 200 cm) in the third bedroom offers two more people a sleeping place. A wardrobe serves as a storage space for your clothes. For blackout, you can use curtains in all bedrooms. The upstairs daylight bathroom with shower, tub and toilet includes a vanity with illuminated mirror, as well as a hair dryer and a towel dryer. For privacy screens, pleats are attached to the windows. Floor tiles are laid in the bathroom on the upper floor and on the entire first floor. The bedrooms are equipped with a wooden floor. No smoking in the house "Nanni". Pets are welcome. A washing machine is available in the utility room for your holiday linens. You can park your car in the outdoor parking space next to the house.
