Villa Pia is situated in Torre Canne di Fasano, 200 meter from the sandy beach, near to the Terme di Torre Canne. It is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday. Torre Canne is well located, near the SS16 highway. Ostuni, Fasano, Martina Franca, Alberobello, Locorotondo, Monopoli, Polignano al Mare are within 30 minutes drive. Lecce, Taranto, Bari within 50 minutes. There are 2 airports nearby, Brindisi 20 minutes, Bari 60 minutes drive. Licence: BR07400791000002086 The space The Villa is situated 200 meters from the sandy beach of the Adriatic sea. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 of them are ensuite. The house is fully equipped, electric oven with grill functionality, gas, fridge with freezer, espresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine, air-conditioning, heating, ironing machine. Living room with sofa + flatscreen TV. On the terrace there is a big dining table for 6 persons where you can enjoy your meals. There is a big, nicely furnished patio, where you can relax after a day spent on the beach and to have your well deserved aperitivo. Next to the patio there is a grill oven too. You will find also coffee, tea, olive oil, some sugar, salt in the kitchen. Shops, restaurants, bars are within walking distance. Private parking is for 1 car available in the garden, or next to the house on the private street. There are plenty of free beaches in the area. Nearby beaches are ideal for families with young children as well, because you can walk approx 20-30 meters before it gets deep. You can find fancy beaches within walking distance if you want to stay in a more relaxed environment. Upon request we can provide you with names and addresses. In the house we provide you with towels and bed linen upon request and extra fee. Changes are not provided, please use the washing machine in case of need. We speak English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Hungarian and Italian. Guest access Our guests can enjoy a nicely furnished patio, outdoor kitchen and several terraces around the house. Please be also aware that to access the house (entrance) and all rooms you'll have to use the stairs! Please be aware that the price does NOT include airconditianing fee, bedlinen and towels.
