Cosy Coach House near Henley & Marlow

The Coach House is a stylish one bedroom studio overlooking a beautiful informal walled garden. In summer, guests are welcome to use the outside pool. There is also a BBQ & fire pit to enjoy. Situated near the beautiful villages of Wargrave, Twyford, Henley-On-Thames & Marlow, it is a perfect location for exploring the area or simply a lovely base to unwind. There are many lovely walks, activities & fabulous restaurants to explore as well as the River Thames. The space The stylish studio offers a King Size bed, kitted out with luxury linen as well as a cosy sofa and coffee table for relaxing. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and heated towel rail and responsive light as well as under floor heating. The small kitchenette offers a microwave, induction hob, toaster and kettle. Other amenities include a smart TV, wifi, small hanging space and a large chest of drawers for storage. The Coach House Studio has large bi-fold doors and an adjoining terrace offering a beautiful view across the garden. In the Summer months (late May-September) guests are also welcome to use our shared outside pool - weather dependent. In the cooler months, it is a cosy base with the added luxury of under floor heating throughout. There are also lots of rugs and throws to m are sure you are super cosy and comfortable. Guests are welcome to use the fire pit and BBQ and their own convenience. Guest access It is a self contained private studio across a terrace from our house with its own entrance. You are welcome to roam the garden and there is a terrace outside the Coach House Studio for dining and enjoying the view. If the weather is good we are also happy to open the pool (on request) and you are welcome to use this as a shared space. There is ample parking. Other things to note Please note that all guests are expected to abide by the house rules and to leave the place as you found it. Please note that the kitchenette has basic amenities including an induction hob and a microwave. You are welcome to use the outside pool ( usually open between the months of May and September) and whilst you will probably have it to yourself most of the time please note it is a shared space with our family ( 4 of us). Please help yourself to the sunbeds and pool floats.
