Whether you’re lounging in the living room, enjoying a game in the games room, or relaxing in the hot tub, every part of the house is yours to enjoy. Other things to note *Hot Tub: The 6-seater Hydro-Pool hot tub is maintained and available all year round and on request after booking. It is drained, cleaned, refilled, heated, and balanced before every stay. There is a one-off charge of £80 + VAT payable on arrival. Please check the message we send you after confirmation for complete details. You can only use the hot tub between 9 am and 10 pm to avoid disturbing the neighbours and in accordance with the Quiet Time rule. Once you arrive, we'll quickly meet to show you how to use the simple electronic controls so you can jump in, relax, and enjoy the warm, invigorating bubbles immediately! We use approved noise level monitoring devices across all our properties to ensure our quiet time rule is observed. These devices only monitor the decibel noise level and cannot listen to or record activity on the property. Our properties have residents and neighbours in adjacent properties that we must always respect. Everyone deserves a peaceful night's sleep when they stay with us, so please only book if our property meets your needs and the rules suit your stay. For stays over seven nights, a weekly mid-stay clean will be required (charged at the same price as the cleaning fee). This will include a complete change of bed linen and towels and general cleaning. We will contact you to arrange a suitable schedule.
