Charming Villa at the beach

The Vila offers a unique beachfront location, within walking distance from the city centre and a mere 50 mt from the supermarket and local hospital. The main villa offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Kitchen, sitting/ dining room, outdoor dining area with barbeque pit, in a plot of 1300 sqm, with garden, lawn and sun terrace overlooking the ocean. Within the premises, we can offer a studio with sleeping room (large double bed) private wc and kitchenette at extra cost. The space The Vila features 4 sleeping rooms with 2 bathrooms: The white rooms (one with a queen Bed and the the 2nd with a single bed) are adjoining and share one bathroom with shower. The Bamboo room (2 twin beds) adjoins the Red room (2 twin beds + bunk bed for 2 children) and share one bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas, electric stove/ oven, 100-year old wood oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, toaster, Italian coffee machine. Indoor and outdoor dining areas sit up to 10 people, an open air barbeque pit is also available. The Dining and living rooms are decorated with bamboo furniture and can sit up to 8 guests, with local TV channels. Guest access Unless the villa is booked on an exclusive basis, common spaces such as the entrance, garden, sun terrace and access to the beach may be shared with other guests staying at the studio, located within the premises. The maximum bedding capacity of the villa is 9 people (inc bunk beds for 2 children) + baby cot available free of charge. The minimum length of stay is 7 nights. Registration Details 21124/AL
