This wonderful property can boast over 17,500 m² of rural land, a large garden of 3,000m² with natural grass and a variety of trees and plants typical to the island. The space The house, larger than 200 m², is divided into two levels. On the ground floor, there is a fully-equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, a large comfortable living room, a double bedroom with views and access to the garden, and a bathroom. The kitchen, living-dining room and bedroom all have access to the outside area. The terrace and the swimming pool areas are fully furnished and are ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun and wonderful weather of the island. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, and another double bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom. All rooms are outside-facing, with clear views. The villa has a nice swimming pool of more than 20 m2 located on the terrace and a lovely garden with natural grass. Beside the pool there is a solarium with comfortable deck chairs and garden furniture. The pool has a small shallow area designed for those who like cooling themselves off without having to swim. Guest access Our guests enjoy all areas of the house with total privacy. The maintenance manager has access to the property to check the status of the pool, the garden and the rest of the facilities, always with the previous authorization of the guest. Other things to note Air conditioning: - As far as the air conditioning system is concerned, the accommodation has central air conditioning hot / cold throughout the accommodation. - The use of the Charger for electric cars has a cost of 20 euros per day. - Sa Pobla has a garbage collection service. For this reason, upon departure it is prohibited to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the amount of 60 euros will be withheld from the deposit.
