A trip to the countryside, the most beautiful nature including a fantastic cottage are often very close. Celebrate family celebrations in a relaxed atmosphere. Center The space of the house forms the "good room" - a kitchen-living room with two large dining tables offers plenty of space. Here is reminiscent of traditional country houses. Beige, yellow and gray tones, the old stove and baskets create a country look. In the 38 m² living room, cozy sofas and armchairs invite you to browse – a sitting area also in front of the crackling fireplace. A total of six picturesque sleeping places, including a special children's room, are at your disposal – plenty of space for peace and quiet. Fantastic indoor sauna, shower and relaxation area. The laundry room leads directly to the 1.3 m fenced garden. The garden of the cottage leads directly onto a path that leads you over meadows, fields to the nearby forest. The owner runs a bee school. Sleeping places available in total: 5 double rooms & 2 single beds in the children's bedroom. 4 bedrooms can be darkened via outdoor shutters. It is fenced around about 1.30 m high and has direct access to a walking path via a door, which is hardly used by other people. But please also collect the dog droppings here! There is also a covered area in front of the former barn. You reach the fenced garden directly via the laundry room. There is also a parking lot in front of it - ideal because you can get to the cottage at ground level. More parking is available in front of the left barn. One-time €30 per dog traveling with you. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in this house. Please specify the number in your booking. The holiday property may only be occupied in the previously agreed number of people (including babies and infants). It must be agreed with the agency if additional people are in the cottage during the day. The minimum rental period is always 3 nights for all people.  The minimum rental period also applies to persons who are only temporarily guests in the property. A reduction in the number of persons after the conclusion of the contract does not lead to a change in the rental price. The entrance to the cottage is via a key safe. The pin will be communicated by email 3 days prior to your arrival. Arrival is possible from 4 pm. Please leave by 10 am. Depending on the booking situation, you can ask for a late check-out. Use as a party location is not allowed. In the sense of the good neighborhood, a quiet night is to be held between 10 pm and 8 am. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets: may only be brought in agreement with the rental agency and for a fee, in the number previously specified. Out of consideration for subsequent guests, dogs are not allowed in bed, on the sofa or on the armchair. The dog droppings in the garden and around the vacation property must be collected. We ask that you vacuum before your departure to remove the animal hair (swept clean). For technical reasons, it is not allowed to charge electric cars via the power supply of the holiday property. This is not designed for this and may result in fires. For each subsequent contract change we charge €30 processing fee We reserve the right to charge a deposit of €500 for a rental to commercial customers. This will be refunded within 14 days in case of complaint-free departure. If you use the house commercially, you would have to indicate this with us.
