These are efficiency style units made within the dwelling of a house. Each unit has its own bedroom, bathroom, tv and kitchenette (mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker etc). There is a common area with a much larger scale kitchen with stove and full-size refrigerator as well as a shared laundry area. There are some units that have their own private entrance and some that have to be accessed through the common area. During your stay We live within 2 miles of all 72 of our units. You can reach us 24/7 if a situation arises. But we do provide our tenants privacy as needed. Guests can avail themselves to us if they prefer a meet and greet upon arrival or they can simply enter at their leisure.
