Welcome to Belton Acre, a large stylish house with ample parking is nestled between the Surrey Hills and South Downs. The beautiful countryside offers fantastic walking, cycling (road and mountain trails), kayaking and fishing. The house is perfect for families, weddings, business trips and wellness retreats. There are four double bedrooms and a twin room. The house has been designed to be highly accessible for wheel chair users with a ground floor bedroom with ensuite adapted wet room. The space We have a lot to offer at our beautiful holiday home. Our downstairs consists of a welcoming hallway where you can hang up your coats, take off your shoes & instantly relax when walking into Belton Acre. The house will sleep 10 people. There are 3 large double bedrooms upstairs; one has an en-suite shower room, and there is a separate family bathroom with a separate bath and a shower. Downstairs there is another large double bedroom with a wet room which is fully accessible for wheelchairs, making it perfect for families with elderly or less able relatives. We have a further fifth bedroom which will sleep two people in single beds. We can also provide travel cots on request. There is a huge open plan kitchen-dining area with a large table that seats around 8 to 10 guests. We also have lots of worktop space in the kitchen, giving you plenty of room to cook for your friends & family, or you could even get a private chef in-house to do it all for you... Al fresco! Our kitchen contains a double fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities, oven & induction hob with numerous kitchen utensils. The kitchen & lounge have bifold doors that draw the beautiful garden into the inside space. Opening onto a stone patio which flows to the lawn, then woodland with abundant wildlife. The large patio is perfect for sunnier days, with ample furniture and large freestanding BBQ & fire-pit (on request). It is also the perfect spot for some yoga or a beauty treatment surrounded by the sounds of nature. We also have a utility room which is full of essentials for you’re a longer stay with us. It includes a washing machine, tumble dryer & sink area for you to wash & dry your clothes easily. When it comes to winding down our split lounge offers a comfy & relaxing feel. With multiple double seater sofas, armchairs & bean bags it makes it the perfect space. Take a seat & find a film on our high-definition flat screen TV or get the family together for a boardgames evening. We also have a range of books for all ages, a piano & a Bluetooth sound bar to keep everyone entertained. Guest access Guests have sole access to the whole house. Upon request you can also have use of the garage for bike storage if required.
