Stylish eco loft in nature

The loft with great attention to detail will charm you with its wooden construction with a feel-good atmosphere and the very large windows overlooking the Bavarian landscape directly into a holiday atmosphere. The space In the loft lived so far our daughter with her boyfriend, who now live in the historic house of the family next door and operate a small organic agriculture. Enjoy the view from the couch, directly through the large panoramic window, as well as from the seating area of the garden located directly under the loft. Due to the exposed location to the west, you can shine in the garden as well as in the apartment in good weather the evening sun in the face and taste the food that you have prepared yourself in the large kitchen. At any time of the year, our region offers a choice of activities. In spring, nature awakens and invites you to extensive walks in the forests and meadows of the area. But you can also simply enjoy the floral splendor in the garden around the house. On May 1st there is a big village festival and every two years a maypole is set up according to Bavarian tradition. In summer, it can also sometimes get hot and for cooling off, you can jump into the in-house swimming pool and then barbecue in the garden and taste the Bavarian beer. In autumn our forests with mushroom richness await you, we are always at your disposal if you have any questions about the edibility and will also be happy to accompany you. At the end of October there is a wine festival in which the whole village meets and celebrates a big festival. The Oktoberfest in Munich is also an event and the loft offers good conditions for Wiesn visitors thanks to its connection to public transport. In 50 minutes you can reach the spectacle from door to door. In winter, you can go sledging on the hills with snow and visit the numerous nearby Christmas markets. After a long, cold day outdoors, you can look forward to the bathroom with underfloor heating and rainfall shower and enjoy the view of the winter landscape in front of the window. Guest access You can park directly in front of the loft, there is always a parking space available. Up to the loft, a staircase leads to the private front door on the 1st floor. In the lower area of the apartment is a large kitchenette equipped with stove, oven and dishwasher as well as everything you need for cooking and eating. There is a dining table and a couch with a large TV. There you feel at home with the warm wooden walls and the atmospheric oak wood floor. Next to it is the entrance to the spacious bathroom with the futuristic wooden sink, the underfloor heating and generous rainfall shower. On a wooden staircase it goes up to the sleeping area. In two large single beds you can then already dream of the organic scrambled eggs of your own chickens for breakfast the next day. Other things to note For each stay there is a final cleaning fee of 35 euros. Shuttle service to and from the S-Bahn station in Petershausen during the Wiesn is possible in consultation.
