Brukshotellet - The Annex

The Annex is an independent house with a view of the sea. The annex consists of; - 1 double room with a terrace - 1 living room with sofa bed, which can be made into a 140 cm bed - 3 single rooms, the beds can be made into double beds, 160 cm It is therefore possible to sleep 11 people, but it gets very crowded! The house is intended for 5 people. Dogs and cats are welcome in room five (the double room), but not in other rooms or in the kitchen, with consideration for allergy sufferers. The space The double room has its own entrance and bathroom with shower and toilet. The three single bedroom shares a bathroom. In the house, there is also a kitchen and living room. Dogs are only allowed in the double room, but not in the kitchen or lounge. Guest access When the hotel building is not rented out to private groups, you are also welcome to use the common areas in the hotel building, such as the kitchen, dining room and common room, as well as the veranda. Ask if you want to know if it is available during your stay. There is a large parking just by the house. Other things to note Guests clean their own rooms and parts of the common areas, this helps keeping prices down. On the inside of the door is a checklist for departure. Cleaning that is not properly carried out is charged up to SEK 5,000, depending on the cost of hiring a cleaning company. Towels and bed linen are not included, but can be rented for SEK 175/set. Kitchen towels can also be rented, 3 for SEK 50.
