Characterful Victorian house with seaside walks
St Elmo Felixstowe
Description
Private attic flatlet in a characterful Victorian town house, on a very quiet road, but within a short distance of all facilities. Stylish double bedroom, and small sitting room with single sofa bed. Shower room. Desk area. Cereal & toast breakfast and tea/coffee facilities available in the room. 100m from the main shopping area and many cafés and restaurants. 500m from the beach, and promenade. Perfect for a night or two away. Please be aware that we have friendly cats and a dog. The space We believe that the house was built just before 1900. When we arrived it needed a full revamp which we have done over the years - so we did it up completely. Now it is a very comfortable cosy space for guests to stay. Guest access Access is through our home and up to the attic floor flatlet - a key will be provided to you for the duration of the stay. We do not have restrictions on times that guests can come and go while they are here (other than check-in 4-7pm and check-out 11am). During your stay We are happy to interact with guests, but naturally respect their privacy! If you are staying for a few days we will politely say hello and see how things are going - we're happy to offer suggestions as to places to eat or to visit should you want them... Other things to note Parking is on the street where there is an available space. There are no permits or charges for parking - but please note that as a Victorian street, the spaces might be a short walk from the house and at especially busy times on another nearby street. The room is equipped with a TV with almost all channels, SkySports, cinema (all channels), Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV among others. There is also an Alexa for music and podcasts.
