Every room has a TV! This is the only unit in the building with double vanities in BOTH bathrooms which is ideal for big families, multi-couple trips, or even groups of friends staying at the unit. The master bathroom has a completely new walk-in shower, tiled from floor to ceiling. ALL of the furnishings throughout are completely NEW! Bar stools, chairs, beds, mattresses, bedroom sets, lighting, rugs, bar cart, stools, blackout curtains, and outdoor furniture. You are getting a NEW condo. The balcony is the only unit in the building with TURF where you can overlook the sunrises and sunsets every morning/evening or watch the fireworks on NYE or July 4th. It’s the perfect spot! Due to adding captain chairs you will have no problem with the balcony railing obstructing your view. Parking is easy and it’s within walking proximity to everything you can imagine due to it being the closest building to Pier Park. Shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, movie theaters, grocery stores, and the pier are all walking distance. You do not even need a car! Just come and enjoy with your family and/or friends! We included a binder with all of the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, etc in the unit for you to look through. You can also rent jet skis directly on the beach below our condo, rent golf carts, bicycles, beach chairs, and slingshots across the street from the unit as well. Guest access The rental of this property includes access all of the resort amenities including the secluded private beach, 2 swimming pools, fitness center, and the tiki bar. Additional passes may be requested but cannot be guaranteed due to limited availability.  INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. There are no condiments or spices left in this rental for sanitary purposes. Help is available 24/7 via several different methods such as text, phone and email. We (Panhandle Getaways Vacation Rentals) also manage the front desk at Calypso Beach Resort so are readily available during business hours. The free activities offered are subject to availability and require a reservation through our concierge service, Xplorie. Once you make your booking, we will send you the instructions to easily reserve your complimentary admissions & perks! Although there is a very good chance of availability, they can sell out during peak seasons. We encourage you to make your reservations as much in advance as possible as we do not refund if they are sold out. Unused admissions expire daily. Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router.
