Enjoy your holidays at our beautiful Villa. Our traditional villa is located on one of the highest locations of Agia Pelagia in Heraklion, Crete, and was one of the first homes since the 1980’s. Now, it is a comfortable villa with a warm, traditional style that offers picturesque views. It is located in between the waterfront village of Agia Pelagia and the beachside village of Lygaria, which are both approximately 500 meters away. The space Sopasina Villa traditional house can accommodate 7 people. There is also Sopasina Villa traditional apartment that is downstairs and can accommodate 6 people. There are rental options for large groups to rent both, which is the whole house. High speed internet connection is available throughout the property. All the interiors are cozy and tastefully decorated with wooden and iron furniture, elegant drapery, and comfortable sofas. There are big dining tables outdoors which guarantee relaxed summer evenings. The villa grounds consist of a large garden full of colorful flowers, tall trees, and greenery which wrap around the property. There is a barbecue area and traditional wood fire- brick oven, along with a driveway for parking and convenient off street parking. Sopasina Villa has direct garden views with a side balcony terrace overlooking ocean views. As you enter Sopasina Villa, on the left is the living room/dining area with windows to allow natural light, a fire place, french door access to the balcony terrace with complete ocean views, and entertainment area. This includes a TV, radio, and high speed internet connection. There is one couch that converts to a double bed, and an arm chair, a coffee table, and a dining table which seats eight people. On the right, the fully equipped kitchen has all the essentials such as an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine, and toaster. There are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer connected to the second bedroom as a separate room. There are two full bathrooms; one common bathroom and one bathroom located in the master bedroom.
