With private parking and proximity to local att The space The brand new, 2 room apartment consists of a bedroom with double bed (2 x 90 cm, not separable) and wardrobe, a spacious living area with a dining table for four people, TV, and a comfortable sofa bed (1 x 160 cm) for another two people. All beds (including the sofa bed) are equipped with DELANA mattresses. The unique sleeping systems, made of purely natural materials, ensure a particularly restful sleep. From the balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and village. Further, the apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen with electric stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker (NESPRESSO), fridge, and a bathroom with shower/WC and sink. Internet (wifi) is available free of charge.  The charming apartment is beautifully located just north of the village of Amden in the Swiss mountains. The newly equipped, 2 room apartment with one bedroom offers a beautiful view and stunning panorama of the Alps. The location, near the center, is a real asset. The chairlift, indoor pool (with sauna and jacuzzi), restaurants, café (with bakery), and supermarkets are all within a short walking distance. The nearest bus station (Amden village) is almost next to the house. Is a trip to the Walensee or the family ski area planned? - You can reach both areas within a few minutes by car or bus. The chair lift for the Mattstock Amden ski area or the spacious hiking area can even be reached by foot. Free parking is available. Amden is in eastern Switzerland on the northern side of the Walensee. The village offers magnificent mountain scenery but is less than an hour away from the centers of Zurich, St. Gallen, Rapperswil, or Chur. The diverse regions of Glarnerland, Heidiland, Graubünden, or Zurich with Lake Zurich are very quickly and easily reached by bus and train or car. In the winter, the family ski resort of Amden attracts many visitors with its particularly family-friendly ski school or with other ski areas in the area, such as Flumserberg or Pizol, Elm, or Braunwald. In the spring, summer, and autumn, the lake and the mountains offer a wonderful combination and provide a variety of walks and excursions. It comprises a bedroom with a non-separable double bed (2x90 cm) and a wardrobe as well as a spacious living area equipped with a dining table for four people, a TV and a comfortable sofa bed (1x160 cm) for two more people. All beds, including the sofa bed, are fitted with DELANA mattresses, which are made from pure natural materials to ensure a particularly restful night's sleep. Entertainment is also provided: books for children and adults as well as various games are available. From the balcony, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the mountains and the village, which makes your stay even more enjoyable. The flat's kitchen is well-equipped and has an electric hob, an oven, a microwave, a Nespresso coffee machine and a fridge. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and bathroom sink.
