We are 3 close friends, Dimosthenis, Catherine and Thanos, we came to Andros 6 years ago and we were fascinated from the first moment by the energy of the place. We immediately started Kalliberry Cycladic Complex. At the beginning we renovated the main residence of the estate and shaped the surrounding area, then we transformed an old stable to a place of high aesthetics, the cave, and on 2020 we completed with a lot of personal work and creative ideas, this dream house, villa Elissavet. The space Our property is isolated from the busy crowd, located in the northern part of the island, 20 minutes driving from Gavrio port. A car is needed to explore Andros, as our island is big and has fantastic beaches on and off road. Villa Elissavet has one bedroom with king size bed leading to the sitting area of the veranda, one cozy bedroom with double bed, made by thalassociols, in the loft of the sitting room, an open small room outside the bathroom, a dark refreshing bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a big sitting room. The outside area has a big veranda with a huge sofa and a big coffee table, a dinning table with wooden chairs, the cozy pool with two wooden sun beds, an outside wooden shower and an open space with grass and a big wooden swing. Visit North Andros, stay to villa Elissavet and enjoy the surrounding nature, the beautiful paths, the fantastic wild beaches, Zorgos and Peza, live a beekeping experience, hear the sound of the wind, relax to the huge sofa of the veranda, feel free to wander to the estate and gather fresh vegetables from our garden for your salad, take a drink in the magnificent sunset at the sit of the cozy pool or enjoy the view of the sunset from the swing. The pool is open from the end of April until the end of October. We are a familly of three friends Dimosthenis, Catherine, Thanos, and our dog Bobby, we all invite you to a house unique in many ways. Designed with love and creativity, villa Elissavet offers usability to its visitor, with a dose of luxury comfort inspired by the Cycladic landscape. Once again we used materials from nature and old objects, such as the wood of the kitchen lamp, the old millstone in the bathroom, the wooden beam from the railway line in the living room lamp, the bedroom in the loft made by thalassociols and many other creative constructions. The unique sunsets that we enjoyed from the traditional old threshing floor with the age-old olive tree, the huge veranda of the villa overlooking the mountain, the ravine, and in the background the deep blue sea, the intense feeling of absolute relaxation and the beauty of the wild landscape of North Andros , accompanied us throughout the period of creation of Villa Elissavet, which coincided with that of Covid-19. We used all our personal time during the lockdown period to complete our project, and the end of the construction coincided with the end of the lockdown, creating a general euphoria for us, and a sense of optimism for our planet.
