Port Mulgrave cozy cottage

TOWELS NOT PROVIDED The stone cottage is a 2 bed end-terrace with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6. Central heating and wood burner. Beds are made up. The cottage is a 3-minute walk from the Cleveland Way. Staithes and Runswick Bay are 2 miles each way along the coastal path. Pet-friendly cottage, but please keep pets downstairs. Before leaving please strip the beds and put sheets in the laundry basket. Please empty bins and take all food away. Please leave cottage tidy. Thank you The space This cosy cottage is fully equipped to ensure you can make the most of your stay. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room and dining area space with a log burner for warming up after a day of beaching or on a chilly night, along with an Alexa-enabled speaker and a full HD TV. Through the living room /dining area to the back of the house is a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and a separate fridge and freezer. Basic essentials such as salt, pepper, oil, tea and coffee are provided in the cupboards, along with cleaning supplies (sponges, soap and cloths etc) under the sink. Please let us know if running out. There is a downstairs bathroom which is wetroom style, with a shower and a separate toilet. The other ground-floor spaces include the front porch, which is a great space to store muddy boots and sandy beach items, it also has a drying rack that can be raised and lowered, so is a great space to hang washing or dry out beach items. Out the back of the house is the back yard, there is a washing line and hose out here, along with the wheelie bins. The 1st floor consists of two rooms, the master bedroom, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror with a view over the garden, and the bathroom which has a wonderful sea view, and includes a bathtub, toilet sink and mirror. Guest access There is a shared back garden and a back yard to the property for you to use. The cottage is an end-terrace old stone building with a long strip of garden at the front (the side of the house with the wooden porch). At the top of the garden are some spaces for parking Other things to note During school holidays we try to rent the property out for at least 3 night or the full week, this helps us cover our costs.
